Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off
- At the time of vehicle collection, you are required to conduct a thorough inspection and promptly report any pre-existing damage. A vehicle condition report will be generated and must be signed by you. Upon returning the vehicle, it should be in the same condition as when collected, with allowances for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be evaluated and charges will apply. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at pick-up, as refueling fees will be incurred if it is returned with less fuel. Late returns may result in extra charges, so please inform us immediately if you anticipate being late. You will be responsible for any parking fines, traffic violations, or charges that arise during the rental, along with an administration fee.
5. Liability and Coverage
- All car rentals include basic third-party insurance, with details about coverage and excess amounts outlined in the Rental Agreement. You may have the option to purchase additional insurance to lower your financial liability. It is important to review these options closely. You will be liable for damage or loss up to the excess amount unless additional insurance is acquired. Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violation of these Terms remains your responsibility, irrespective of insurance coverage.
Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice given. For specific information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur additional charges, which are outlined in your agreement.

- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, including racing, rallying, or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Violation of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
